Privacy policy

What we collect. Your email, name, phone (optional), password (stored only as a one-way hash), and the property details you order. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

Analytics. We use our own privacy-friendly analytics: we count page views, the referring website and basic funnel steps (for example "order started"). We don't use third-party trackers, advertising cookies or fingerprinting, and we don't store IP addresses. Visits are grouped with a daily-rotating anonymous ID that can't be linked across days.

Cookies. One essential session cookie keeps you logged in and protects forms. That's it.

How we use it. To deliver your reports, contact you about your orders, and (if you asked) send a sample report and launch updates. We don't sell your information.

Deleting your data. Ask us through the contact form and we'll delete your account and orders, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.
